About the role We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a broad skill set in core HR functions, recruiting expertise, and a proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive HR programs. This role requires experience in benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and full-cycle talent acquisition. Strategic HR and Leadership Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Serve as a business partner to the executive team, providing HR guidance and recommendations. Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Talent Acquisition and Recruiting (Key Focus Area) Lead all recruitment efforts, developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for all departments and levels. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and sending offers Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency and quality of hire. Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle Design and deliver an onboarding experience to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and quickly become productive. Manage new hire paperwork, compliance, and orientation programs. Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover. Benefits and Compensation Administer and manage all employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, disability). Lead the annual open enrollment process and ensure effective employee communication regarding benefits. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning compensation and benefits. Qualifications Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices (federal, state, and local). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS). High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
