Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies, while supporting Talent Managemnet, employee engagement, Payrolls, performance, and organizational development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with UAE Labour Law and applicable regulations.
  3. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  4. Ensure compliance with MOHRE, UAE Labour Law, WPS, Emiratisation, ILOE, visa, work permit, and employment requirements.
  5. Oversee employee visa, work permit, Emirates ID, labour contract, and related government processes.
  6. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and final settlements in coordination with Finance.
  7. Lead recruitment activities, manpower planning, job descriptions, interviews, and new employee onboarding.
  8. Monitor employee performance, probation reviews, appraisals, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  10. Prepare HR reports and provide management with workforce, attendance, turnover, recruitment, and other HR analytics.
  11. Support employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.
  12. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
  13. Handle HR audits, inspections, and documentation required by UAE government authorities.
  14. Manage HR team members and ensure timely completion of HR activities and employee requests.


Qualifications & Experience-


  1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5–8 years of relevant UAE HR experience.
  3. Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and UAE Labour Law processes.
  4. Immediate Joiners will be preferred
