Human Resources Manager Location: SeaTac, WA (In Office Position) Salary: $82K/year As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compensation, accommodations, benefits, FMLA and basic HR functions including special projects. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compensation, accommodations, benefits, and FMLA.
