  • Responsible for all HR matters of the companies.
  • Oversee and manage Companies’ recruitment efforts to attract and maintain talent pipeline in line with Company’s growth plans.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine a competitive compensation and benefits strategy, leveraging market research, salary benchmarking, and industry surveys to attract and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end performance appraisals, including KPI development with stakeholders, process optimization to align employee performance with organizational objectives.
  • Proactively foster positive workplace dynamics and implement employee engagement initiatives to ensure a harmonious and positive working environment.
  • Develop and execute policies and processes to handle and manage workplace grievance.
  • Manage and execute staff welfare initiatives such as meals and refreshments for staff, staff related events.
  • Oversee and develop the process for training needs analysis and effective training delivery for internal and external training.
  • Oversee and develop career development pathways for employees.
  • Review HR policies, documents and processes and implement changes to ensure compliance and to continouesly enhance and streamline HR processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders on labor legislations, HR policies, and procedures to ensure delivery of all processes in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Update management on new government HR related legislations requirements and implement changes to ensure compliance.
  • Proactively apply and submit for government claims or grants related to HR, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Manage office facilities matters, including maintenance of facilities and custody of office assets.
  • Oversee and manage personal data policies and compliance to legislations.Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications
  • Possess an IHRP professional certification
  • Possess 5 years of experience within managerial level
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Pro-active, analytical, meticulous and highly organized
