OVERVIEW:

A highly stable and well-established company is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Memphis, TN, with weekly travel to a nearby Mississippi location. This is a key leadership role offering strong visibility, a chance to shape HR operations, and the opportunity to work with a supportive leadership team that values long-term success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including some leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Comfortable traveling to a second site weekly (within driving distance from Memphis)
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and generalist functions
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

• Lead HR efforts across two locations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and recruiting
• Provide strategic and tactical support to site leadership
• Coach and support HR staff (1–2 team members)
• Maintain HR compliance and oversee training, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts
• Travel weekly to the Mississippi location to stay connected with local employees and leadership
