PURPOSE OF POST:

The overall objective of this position is to manage and provide leadership to the highest professional standards, ensuring human resource services and supports are provided in an efficient and effective manner, and which are of a high quality and in accordance with best practice and all statutory requirements.
The core purpose of the post is to lead and co-ordinate the provision of recruitment/selection, retention, training/development strategies, and maintain harmonious employee relations, ensuring a high quality and motivated workplace.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for the implementation of HR policies and monitoring adherence to best practice throughout the organisation. He/She will participate at a senior level in the overall governance arrangements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
