About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on HR Manager to oversee daily human resources operations while also serving as a strategic partner to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative execution and people-focused strategy. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, ensure compliance, support employee relations, and help align HR practices with business goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain HRIS systems, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements Process payroll coordination and benefits administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring) Coordinate onboarding and orientation Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution Support performance management processes, including reviews and coaching Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives Identify opportunities to improve processes, engagement, and productivity Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives Support leadership development and employee growth plans Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance Experience handling administrative HR functions (payroll, records, benefits, etc.) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems Recruiting experience, preferably within the service industry Minimum Required Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–7+ years of HR experience, preferably in mid-sized business or fast-growing organizations HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent), or willingness to obtain within one year of hire. Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
