Purpose of the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to serve as the operational anchor of our People function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, possesses deep knowledge of UAE labor law, and is passionate about creating a human-first HR function. Under the guidance of the Chief of People, Purpose & Growth, you will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the design of an HR function that reflects our values and aspirations. Key Responsibilities: People Operations: Take full ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensure seamless implementation across the employee lifecycle. Manage core HR processes, including onboarding, off boarding, contracts, employee records, and leave management. Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor law and maintain up-to-date internal HR policies and practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of people-related processes. Support the development of HR systems and infrastructure with a focus on future-readiness (e.g., compensation processing, workforce analytics). People Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Promote and implement HR policies to reinforce a respectful and values-aligned culture. Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering an environment of inclusion, shared accountability, and respect. Design and implement employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives that align with company values. HR Programs & Support: Support the roll-out of performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and evaluations. Assist in compensation and benefits implementation, ensuring clarity on policies, classifications, and internal equity. Coordinate recruitment logistics and ensure a smooth, values-driven hiring experience for candidates. Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects, including training initiatives, internal communications, and development pathways. Experience & Knowledge: 6 -10 years of experience in HR in the UAE. Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, visas, off boarding, payroll support, leave management, and contracts. Experience in executing performance management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits frameworks. Familiarity with implementing HR policies and building HR systems to support organizational growth. Extensive experience in handling people relations and resolving HR issues with discretion. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Experience supporting both private and government-affiliated organizations. Skills & Mindset: A people-first, action-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence and empathy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization. The ability to work with discretion in a diverse and dynamic environment. Skilled in managing sensitive issues with maturity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Precision in managing contracts, personnel files, and legal documentation.
