JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle which includes scheduling of interviews, checking of eligibility, drafting of offer letter etc.
  • Handle full cycle for recruitment of casual staff, full internship recruitment cycle.
  • Perform year-end processes for seconded in and out officers’ leave.
  • Updating of carried forward leave for the new year.
  • To create ad-hoc quota and updating the records in Workday for leave types which are not part of the annual year-end run process.
  • Benefits and Compensation Enrolment on Workday.
  • Perform administration conversion of in-service employee from full-time employment to part-time employment and vice versa.
  • Answering queries from staff regarding system issues.
  • To conduct audit checks on sick leave submissions.
  • Process leaving service requests such as resignation, expiry of contract, termination of service, etc.
  • In-charge of the contract management process, Internal Postings/ Transfers/Higher Appointment process, Re-employment process, officers seconded in or returning to organization, overseas travel.
  • Facilitation of the administration of scholarship selection cycle and management of scholarship.
  • Scholarship Maintenance.
  • Annual Declaration
  • Local training administration
  • File and update staff records
  • Performance Review Exercises – Appraisal and Development Planning.
  • Leadership Development Programme Administration.
  • 360/ simplified 360 Leadership Feedback exercise
  • Corporate Bonus/Starting salary Reviews.Generate monthly leave reports with segregation of different leave types.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in using Workday system is a must
  • A good team player who is proactive in sharing both suggestions and concerns,
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills as required for a trainerAdaptable to flexible work hours/working outside stipulated working hours whenever necessary
