REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Organize employee training, engagement activities, and wellness programs.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate HR data management.
