Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you’ll be a key member of our HR team, ensuring employees are paid accurately and supported through their benefits journey. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for payroll and benefits questions, helping create a smooth and positive experience for team members across multiple states.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with HR, Accounting, and leadership to ensure compliance, transparency, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records
  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
  • Manage 401(k) contributions and compliance
  • Ensure alignment with federal and state employment laws
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Provide responsive, clear, and compassionate employee support
