Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Officer / HR Manager to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with applicable UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, reports, and other personnel documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the Finance/Accounting team.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace-related matters professionally.
  • Implement company HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and other employee-related administrative requirements, as applicable.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
