Colac Area Health is a values-based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
Colac Area Health are rolling out a new Human Resource Information System (People Plus) that will streamline the recruitment, contract, onboarding, professional development and payroll processes.
In addition, Colac Area Health will be implementing a new Time and Attendance (T&A) system called OPTIMA, and moving away from the existing T&A system, KRONOS.
The HR Project & Training Officer will be instrumental in assisting with the transition of both the HRIS and OPTIMA systems– through ensuring existing policies and processes are aligned to the new system and providing support and training to employees on using both systems to their full advantages.
The HR Project & Training Officer will be a key member of the existing People & Culture Team and will provide project management support through the development, implementation and reporting on progress of project plans.
The HR Project & Training Officer will work closely with the People Plus Project Team at Barwon Health and other regional health services implementing People Plus to ensure ongoing appropriate support.
