JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of client is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Specialist to manage core HR functions during a six-month transition period. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC
  • Strong understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
  • Handle payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing
  • Support policy updates and ensure compliance with Bahraini labor regulations
