This role plays a key part in fostering a supportive, compliant, and engaging work environment across our facilities. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are essential to success in this role, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ---------------------------------------- YOUR IMPACT AS A HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST In this role, you will: * Accurately enter and update employee information, including new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations. * Review applications and resumes, assess applicant qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. * Advise supervisors, managers, and employees on HR policies and procedures. * Respond to personnel and payroll-related inquiries and ensure alignment with company practices. * Coordinate with departments and act as a liaison to promote clear and professional communication. * Provide guidance on employment issues such as promotions, demotions, transfers, and more. * Organize and support employee engagement and recognition events in accordance with company guidelines. * Maintain and audit personnel files and risk management programs to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Assist in composing confidential correspondence, compiling reports, and preparing data for leadership. * Interpret and apply company policies as well as state and federal employment laws. * Keep all employee records well-organized and up-to-date. ---------------------------------------- WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT We’re seeking someone who: * Has at least 2 years of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience. * Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and can prioritize tasks effectively. * Communicates professionally in both verbal and written formats. * Maintains confidentiality and accuracy in recordkeeping. * Is familiar with labor laws and HR best practices. * Can comply with the company’s and departmental safety and conduct policies. ---------------------------------------- WHY CHOOSE CREATIVE SOLUTIONS IN HEALTHCARE?
