Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
• Implement employee onboarding programs that facilitate smooth transitions and enhance new hire engagement from day one.
• Manage performance appraisal systems that promote employee growth and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and reflect best practices in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating adaptability and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in UAE labor Laws and SAP Success Factor is a must
