POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our onsite team in Beaver Dam, KY. This role will focus on HR compliance, employee relations, and supporting our people-first culture as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in HR practices, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of compliance and employee relations.
Understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies, payroll, procedures, and employee handbook.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of skilled team members.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with ICAST’s values.
