️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

New hire onboarding – Welcome new colleagues and get them set up for success!
Employee questions? – Be the first point of contact for contracts, time tracking, and benefits.
Team conflicts? – Step in as a mediator and help resolve issues with care.
Offboarding – Handle all P&O tasks when it’s time to say goodbye.
‍ Hiring support – Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights.
Global projects – Help roll out digital tools and compliance initiatives.
Process alignment – Streamline workflows and support global standards.
