Overview nakhla is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support the growth of our organization by developing strong HR processes, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a healthy, high-performance culture. This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of fast-moving tech environments and can build people systems that scale with the company. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across technical and non-technical roles. Develop and maintain HR policies, guidelines, and compliance procedures aligned with local labor laws. Support leadership in workforce planning, performance reviews, and organizational development initiatives. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and internal communications. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness. Collaborate with finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation updates. Monitor and improve workplace culture, ensuring alignment with nakhlas mission and values. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards. Experience managing recruitment pipelines and using ATS tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Nice to Have Experience scaling HR operations in early-stage startups. Familiarity with performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, etc.). Experience designing compensation structures and career paths. Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
