JOB DESCRIPTION

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaising and coordinating with workers/supervisors and/or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employees’ personal records
  • Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
  • Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
  • Assist in updating all training records and monitoring all training progress
  • Assist in preparation of employment contracts
  • Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
  • Minimum with Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification.
  • With at least 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
  • Candidate with construction related industry is preferred and training will be provided.
