En avril 2023, un conflit de vaste échelle a éclaté au Soudan, provoquant un déplacement massif dans tous les pays limitrophes. Le nombre total de réfugiés a dépassé le million de personnes et le Tchad a accueilli jusqu'à présent plus de 500 000 réfugiés soudanais et 100 000 rapatriés tchadiens, soit environ 20% de la population déplacée totale. Depuis le début, la population fuyant la guerre a trouvé une première sécurité le long des zones frontalières avec le Darfour, puis a été progressivement relocalisée dans des camps de réfugiés dans les trois provinces de l'Est. Sur les 43% de population relocalisée, 64% ont été transférés dans les camps à Ouaddaï, 28% à Wadi Fira et 8% à Sila. La grande majorité de la population restante se trouve actuellement dans des sites informels à Adré (Ouaddaï), en attendant d'être relocalisée dans les nouveaux camps. Compte tenu des besoins et des gaps humanitaires, NRC entend contribuer à la réponse d'urgence en fournissant une assistance à la population refugiée relocalisée dans les nouveaux camps de Ouaddaï, notamment Metche, Ourang et Arkoum. L'intervention proposée se focalisera sur une programmation intégrée dans les secteurs où NRC peut apporter une valeur ajoutée, Abris, Education, ICLA. NRC démarre sa réponse humanitaire d’urgence à travers ces compétences clés afin de permettre réfugiées et la population hôte, affectées par la crise d’avoir accès de manière inclusive à la qualité de l’assistance humanitaire. NRC est à la recherche d'un (e) Chargé(e) des Ressources Humaines et de l’Administration talentueux, motivé.e et qualifié.e qui contribuera activement à la réalisation de la vision de NRC et de créer une bonne gestion des RHs et de l’Administration de la base de Adré afin de répondre aux exigences de la mission. Responsibilities

The officer will manage Human Resources and Administration for the Adré base to support NRC's emergency humanitarian response. This includes ensuring efficient HR management to meet mission requirements in a complex environment.
