JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer and receive incoming and outgoing calls, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
  • Drafting, archiving, and processing labor contracts, incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, distribute stationery, express mail…
  • Manage personnel records and report on the company’s labor situation.
  • Carry out recruitment as required by the Board of Directors
  • Monitor the implementation of reports on increases, decreases, social insurance regimes for employees…
  • Perform timekeeping and salary calculation for all employees of the company every month…
  • Participate in disseminating regulations and human resources policies and answering questions and complaints of employees./.
  • In addition, perform other tasks assigned by the department head or the board of directors. Collect cash from retail customers, report at the end of the day to the Accounts Receivable Accountant, Payment Accountant and Director (absolutely do not send the cash book to anyone in any form other than the 3 positions listed above).
  • Make cash receipts and disbursements when there are valid receipt and disbursement documents. At the end of the day, report the cash book to the Accounts Payable Accountant, Payment Accountant and Director.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Graduated from high school, college or higher majoring in human resources administration or accounting – finance.
  • Proficient in basic office software
  • Industry: Office Administration, Administration/Office, Human Resources, Human Resources Management (HR)
