Description Human Resources Administrative Assistant Pinnacle Services is seeking a part-time entry level Receptionist/Human Resources Administrative Assistant for our administrative office location in Minneapolis, MN. This position is ideal for someone who is starting out their career journey and is willing to take initiative. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm. This position is paid hourly at $17.00/hour. Pinnacle Services is a growing healthcare company that provides services to people with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral support needs in various settings. We provide top-level services to our clients through residential and in-home care, case management and other supportive programs. We have high standards and go above and beyond in our organization to set ourselves apart from the others. Primary responsibilities include: · Attending to the front door lock system by allowing visitors into the building. · Provide phone support to the agency by answering calls from clients and external business partners while remaining empathetic · Distribute mail daily throughout entire agency. · Able to effectively maintain stress level when given multiple tasks to complete. · Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and workrooms, including but not limited to emptying trash, and cleaning dishes. · Schedule time in conference rooms for meetings on behalf of other staff. Requirements Must over the age of 18 years. Must clear a DHS background check. Must be patient, compassionate, and highly motivated.
Responsibilities
