We are looking for a Human Resources Administrative Technician (m/f) for full-time work at our head office in Sintra.

Responsibilities:
Managing the database and individual employee files;
Contract management;
Compliance with legal obligations (ACT, Single Report, Communications to Social Security, among others);
Attending to employees;
Administrative tasks for the department.
Payroll support

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (preferred);
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related field (preferred);
  • Previous use of ERP Primavera (preferred);
  • Personal skills: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision-making; Communication; Conflict management and Teamwork.
