Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily operations of the Human Resources department. The role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and providing excellent customer service throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding process for new hires Communicate with candidates and new employees regarding pre-employment requirements, start dates, orientation, and onboarding instructions Prepare, distribute, and process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents Complete I-9 employments eligibility verification and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant Enter and maintain employee information Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document management, and data entry Support day-to-day HR administrative functions as assigned (Note: These tasks are not intended to be all-inclusive. You may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company). Essential Job Functions: Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience and Education: Minimum of a high school diploma, two (2) year college degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience Experience coordinating drug screenings and background checks preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
