Description

Drafting and issuing documentation and letters for all employee related matters. Support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects. Any other duties assigned by line manager and Head of HR. Previous experience working as part of a HR team in a dynamic and busy HR environment.
Demonstratable experience and concise understanding of strict confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to always demonstrate empathy and act courteously. IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Able to work on own initiative and under pressure, prioritise workload and function as a team member.
The ability to work flexibly is essential. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Flexible approach to working hours and location. It may be necessary for the postholder to attend any location within the footprint of the organisation hence possession of a UK driving licence
