Responsibilities
  • Process, verify, and update documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration
  • Input payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and timely according to payroll deadlines
  • Ensure the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices
  • Provide support to the recruitment process with the on-boarding of new employees
  • Advise employees on relevant policies and procedures, or direct employee inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Act as a liaison between benefit careers (groups plans and RRSP) in provision of benefits and payroll administration;
  • Compare data, statistics and other information and conduct research when required
  • Assisting with HR related duties as require
