Responsibilities

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Human Resource related administrative functions including on-boarding/off-boarding of employees;
  • Prepare and distribute employment related letters during the life of employment such as contract variations, resignations and parental leave;
  • Prepare fortnightly payroll spreadsheets for Sonic Payroll and update employment terms in UKG ensuring accurate payroll processing;
  • Establish and maintain electronic personnel files and HR databases/spreadsheets;
  • Administer Clinpath Uniform ordering;
  • Respond to Human Resource related enquiries via phone and email;
  • Support HR Officers with recruitment related activities;
  • Other Administrative duties as requested.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST POSSESS:

  • Previous experience within a Human Resources department and/or HR qualification (highly regarded);
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with administrative systems and procedures;
  • Experience in creating and managing employee-related documentation, including contracts and letters;
  • Strong organisational, planning and customer service skills;
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal with professional phone manner;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Experience in multitasking HR processes simultaneously without compromising quality ;
  • MS Office skills - MS Word and Excel, are essential as well as efficient and accurate typing skills;
  • UKG experience (highly regarded);
  • Experience with e-learning ELMO system (highly regarded);
  • Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard;
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required;
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality;
  • Professional approach in both presentation and conduct; and
  • Experience in Healthcare (highly regarded).
