JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the vice-president, the Human Resources Administrator position is a key role responsible for Administration and file management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma is required
  • An associates or bachelors degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Private Security industry is an asset
  • Possess valid Ontario security licence an asset

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in all Office applications
  • Ability to foster a Team atmosphere and work well as a member of a team.
  • Ability to organize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Organizational Skills and Attention to detail.
  • Strong time management experience required with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and computerized scheduling software applications.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of client/employer interaction and report writing.
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule that would include evenings and weekends.
    Job Types: Seasonal Contract till August
    Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm
    Salary: $19-$20/hour
