ABOUT THE POSITION

Nahanni Construction Ltd. is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to work Monday through Friday out of our head office in Yellowknife, NT. The Administrator will provide HR Support to our Head Office and various Project Sites. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.
Compensation is dependent on experience; the position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience working in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
