REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience within HR Administration.
  • Experience using HR/ATS Systems, ideally PeopleSoft or Workable.
  • Experience providing first-line advice to managers and employees and resolve basic employee relations issues.
  • Experience carrying out HR data processing tasks and gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  • Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
