Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our on-site HR team at a prestigious education institution in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. You will operate as a trusted administration assistant to our team and contribute to our positive, high-performing and values led environment. You’ll: Partner with our HR Manager and HRBPs on administration, coordination, and HR project support Manage key process elements including interview coordination, background checks, contract generation, onboarding Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike This is a permanent part-time job share opportunity working onsite 3 days per week (Wednesday - Friday) Qualifications We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Previous HR Administrator/Coordinator experience supporting a busy HR team, however, we will also consider applicants who are studying an undergraduate degree in Human Resources (with at least one year completed) and looking to gain on the job HR experience The ability to manage all stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Why join PHR?
