THE OPPORTUNITY

Ram Iron & Metal is looking for a talented and driven Human Resources Administrator to join our Team. The Human Resources administrator, under the direction of the Director, Human Resources. will be supporting various HR functions within our organization. Their role is help ensure smooth HR operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 – 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Well developed sense of ethics and the ability to handle sensitive or private information with tact and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel Outlook and Power Point
  • Proficient write, understanding and communicate effectively in English
  • Other duties as required, not limited to responsibilities listed above.
  • Proficient in creating reporting documents such as memos, letters, agenda, etc. with minimal direction
  • Well developed sense of ethics and the ability to handle sensitive or private information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Prepare, file, and maintain office documents, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
  • Assist with new employee orientation, preparing necessary paperwork, and setting up workstations for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee files and manage records related to attendance, benefits, and training.
  • Support the HR team with timesheets and payroll-related tasks.
  • Maintain and Replenish inventory of supplies.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders.
