Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR administration including coordinating meetings, facilitating events, preparing and maintaining correspondence and documentation, and employee files.
  • Assist and support human resources by educating employees on company policies and programs.
  • Update and maintain human resources information and content using company software and protocols; organizing and updating filing and documentation, completing logs, prepare ad hoc reports
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
