The ideal candidate possesses advanced multi-tasking and organizational skills to be responsible for maintaining human resources records among other key human resources administrative responsibilities. **This is a HYBRID position. Will work primarily remotely but occasional meetings in the Pittsburgh PA office are required, so applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance to Pittsburgh (Moon Township, PA) office.** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Maintain and update HR employee records within the HRIS Facilitate all onboarding processes for new hires Maintain, update, and distribute the Company-wide organizational charts Maintain various HR databases and programs and prepare various reports WHO YOU ARE You possess … Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills Experience with an HRIS database and excellent reporting skills Ability to maintain timelines and initiatives in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS Facilitate the HR new hire orientation presentation and administer new hire paperwork Administer I-9 Forms for new hires and reverifications Maintain, update, and distribute the Company-wide organizational charts Administer the workers’ compensation process and required postings Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment required postings and mandatory employee documents Prepare and distribute various scheduled and ad-hoc reports Maintain updates to the HR intranet pages Maintain updates to various HR databases Administer various HR programs Conduct audits on a scheduled and/or ad hoc basis Respond to employee inquiries and partner with manger on all escalations Ensure compliance with Company and HR policies and processes Provide support to others within the department Perform all other duties assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred HRIS administration experience preferred 1-2 years of HR administration or related field experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
