Position: Human Resources Administrator
Standard Starting Salary/Wage | $40,000 - $45,000/annual | | X Full-time Part-time Exempt X Non-exempt

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associate Degree required
Minimum Previous Experience Required: 2-3 years
Job Description: To administer and comply with all areas of Human Resources as required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others to exchange information.
    Work Authorization/Security Clearance: U.S. Citizens Only - the position may require exposure to information subject to U.S. export control regulations, i.e., the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
    Work Schedule: 4/10
    Travel: No travel for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment of new employees – including interviewing, on boarding and orientation.
  • Employee relations – act as a liaison between employees and management, conflict resolution, planning and direction of company sponsored events and awards.
  • Employee records – responsible for maintenance of all employee records.
  • Training and Development – responsible for implementation and direction of all ongoing staff development and required trainings.
  • Human Resource Compliance – responsible to research HR laws and maintain Tri-Tech’s compliance with such.
  • Policies and Procedures – develop and maintain Human Resources policies, employee handbook, job descriptions and performance reviews.
  • Benefits Administration – to include review and evaluation of benefits renewals, enrollments and employee requests for assistance.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
