The Company has an experienced and proven management team with over a combined century of experience. VFI finances critical use assets for lessees across a wide variety of industries. VFI has a diversified portfolio in both equipment and geographic locations. VFI is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.  Responsibilities: * Administers full cycle recruiting such as job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding * Conducts or assists with new hire orientations * Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and HR databases * Ability to handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees * Data entry and various types of correspondence * Assists with researching, creating, and developing policies and procedures * Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance with requirements * Assists in special projects throughout the Human Resources department as needed * Oversees wellness communications and activities Skills: * Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations * Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques * Experience in conducting interviews and onboarding processes * Familiarity with systems such as ADP and Employee Navigator a plus, but not required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel * Meticulous attention to detail * Time and task management oriented * Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels Education and Experience: * Two years experience in an office setting with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in HR Administration
