Description

As as Human Resources Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Team with a variety of administrative tasks. This position is based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley, and we are seeking someone who can bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail to the team.

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, BEHAVIORS, AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous administrative experience, including reviewing and editing sensitive documents, is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to assist with tasks and projects outside of the typical HR scope, as we are a growing Company.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and arranging travel and accommodation bookings for multiple stakeholders.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Reviewing and formatting reports and sensitive business documents.
  • Providing administrative support in HR services and workplace relations matters.
  • Assisting in the development of legally compliant Letters of Appointment.
  • Exposure to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
