OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires proficiency in various HR systems and administrative tasks, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support to our workforce.
[1] Human Resources Administrator – supporting the Human Resources Manager with various matters pertaining to: organisational design / development & culture, recruitment & retention, employee relations / communication & involvement, people development, other HR services & HR projects
[2] Customer Care – providing support to the Sales Manager and Sales & Customer Care team
[3] General Office / Warehouse Administration – supporting the wider management and operator teams and being the first point of contact for visitors both face2face and electronically
Core Competencies:
Previous experience in a HR role is essential
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) as well as being able to build relationships at all levels
Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to be a ‘real’ team player
The ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality & service
Excellent administration, organisation & I.T. skills
The ability to work with initiative, minimum supervision & flexibility
Excellent analytical, numerical & problem solving skills
Professional & well presented as the first point of contact for visitors
Able to work independently, managing own responsibilities & being proactive
Excellent attention to detail
Willing to undertake additional training as may be required
Must be motivated to complete tasks & projects
Responsive to all requests & change
Able to work additional hours as may be required
