Are you an HR Advisor who enjoys being where the action is?
Someone who likes building relationships with managers, getting to know the people behind the business and being relied upon for practical, sensible HR advice?
We’re looking for a confident and approachable HR Advisor to join a busy site-based HR team in South Lincs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuinely varied generalist role, combining employee relations, recruitment, engagement, wellbeing and day-to-day HR support.
You’ll be working closely with managers across the site, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them navigate everything from straightforward people queries through to more complex employee relations matters.
You’ll already have experience within a generalist HR role and be comfortable dealing with employee relations cases. More importantly, you’ll be someone who can build credibility with people at all levels.
CIPD qualification, or working towards it, would be advantageous, as would experience within a manufacturing, food, FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment, but neither is essential if you have the right HR experience and approach.
This isn't an HR role where you'll spend your day hidden behind policies and processes. You'll be joining a large, established organisation where HR has an important role to play in the day-to-day operation of the site. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, develop your ER experience and get involved in a broad range of people activity.
