JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring that we maintain a high level of employee engagement and compliance with HR policies.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources (HR) Advisor is involved in all aspects of HR work. The HR Advisor will also be involved in first line employee relations and performance management advice, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The HR Advisor will also support hiring managers in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
· CIPD qualified or part-qualified
· Proven experience as a Human Resources Advisor or similar
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills both in writing and verbal communication
· A strong working knowledge of HR systems
· Good organisational and administrative skills
· Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
· Knowledge of employment legislation
· Ability to design clear, fair policies and procedures
· Driven and determined
· Driving licence would be useful as the businesses supported are UK-wide
