We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a one-year fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave.
You need to be experienced in E mployee R elations Case Advisor y work as you will co-ordinate and support the full range of the employee relations casework within your Clinical Division.
You will provide H uman R esources and Case Management advice and support to a range of managers dealing with supporting attendance (sickness absence management) , disciplinary, performance, early resolution and other employee relations issues . All of our cases are logged on trackers so experience and working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate your recent experience of advising on general Terms and Conditions of employment , using employment law knowledge and best practice . If you have advisory experience within the NHS - this would be a bonus.

You will support the People Business Partnering team in your Division in the provision of a comprehensive professional and high-quality HR service.
You will work closely with the People Business Partnering team to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective human resource service, which includes employee relations case management, recruitment, workforce planning, health and well-being and absence management

Responsibilities
  1. Holding a level 5 CIPD qualification, or recent equivalent experience
  2. Recent e xperience of working in a generalist HR or Employee Relations Advisory role in a multi-skilled professional and unionised environment.
  3. Able to interpret terms and conditions of employment
  4. Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure in time sensitive situations
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal reasoning, presentation skills, influencing & persuasion skills.
