JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be adept at navigating employment and labor laws. This role is crucial in supporting our organization’s strategic planning and workforce management initiatives. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, managing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring compliance with various HR regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in human resources management with a strong focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Healthcare / hospital
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Lever, Taleo).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate interactions across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paychex, Paylocity) is preferred.
  • Administrative experience in HR functions is a plus, along with familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities
