A new opportunity exists for a professional and driven team member to join the Applied Medical team as a Human Resources Advisor (Internally known as Team Member Relations Advisor).

• Assist with TMR communication, activities, initiatives and programs;
• Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding;
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation to align with best practice and legal requirements;
• Support in the development and implementation of team member well-being, engagement and retention programs;
• Support Workplace Health and Safety initiatives, documentation and procedure development;
• Assist with communication channels to team members and managers.
• Observe all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others; and
• Work within and actively promoting Applied’s corporate strategies, policies, procedures and team member conduct policy.
