Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team at Fairmont Residential. In our most recent inspection CQC rated us ’OUTSTANDING.’
Reporting directly into the Senior HR Advisor. The primary function of the role is to manage core ER processes, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. This role requires applicants to have an in-depth knowledge of the key processes, take ownership for continuous improvement in those processes, and highlight any requirements for management education where trends are identified.
Working closely with the Management Team, this hands-on HR role will allow you to support the operational direction of the business, ensuring that employee relations issues are effectively and timely managed and support Fairmont Residentials overall goals.
As the care industry comes with its own challenges it would be ideal if you had experience in this or a similar industry, but it is not essential.
