Role: People Advisor / HR Advisor Duration: 6 Month ContractLocation: Cardiff / Hybrid WorkingStart Date: October 2026

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to join a growing financial servcies organisation, supporting day-to-day HR activities and providing trusted advice across the employee lifecycle during a six-month contract.

  • Duties: Managing and coordinating flexible working requests
  • Supporting employee queries e.g. reasonable adjustment requests and occupational health referrals
  • Drafting outcome letters and employee communications
  • Providing administrative support for employee relations meetings and cases
  • Responding to day-to-day HR queries from managers and employees
  • Maintaining accurate records and case documentation
  • Escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues where appropriate
  • Working closely with the wider People team to deliver an excellent employee experience


  • Essential experience: Previous experience within HR, People Operations, Employee Relations or a similar people-focused role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confidence dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
