• Provide employee and industrial relations advice, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, performance improvement and employment risk.
• Deliver annual People programs across the client group, including goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration review and succession planning.
• Coordinate engagement survey activity and translate insights into practical actions with leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on attraction, selection and retention strategies.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to Pacific-wide activity.
• Support organisational change, learning and development priorities, and operational initiatives with a people impact.
• Prepare workforce data and reporting to inform budgeting, business planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with the broader People team to improve programs, strengthen consistency and deliver portfolio-wide change.

About you

• A People-related qualification or equivalent experience gained in a comparable role.
• Solid People Operations or advisory experience, including providing clear advice to leaders.
• Working knowledge of contemporary People practices across attraction, retention, career development, culture and workforce transitions.
• Confidence handling sensitive matters, complex enquiries and competing stakeholder needs.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.
• An organised, agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
