Project Human Resources provides Executive Search, Career Transition, Outplacement, Job Search Support, Psychometrics, HR Consulting and Recruitment Outsourcing utilising customised tools, systems and processes. Our expertise has been honed over many years across a broad range of industries and underlies our service that is delivered by qualified and experienced practitioners.

The Role

We are looking to grow and have three current recruitment consultant vacancies. Each position will have a particular focus for recruitment:

-         Local government

-         HR/administration

-         Finance/insurance

The people in these roles will help us build quality talent pools and source candidates for many of our recruitment assignments.

Duties include:

Working with our Account Manager, the main functions of this position are

1. To identify and engage with people who have skill sets that fit with our clients' requirements.
2. Build talent pools of pre-screened quality candidates.

To achieve these successfully you will have to implement creative and effective sourcing strategies that engage with both active and passive candidates. As an expert, you will then conduct insightful and measured assessment processes to determine the strengths and weaknesses of employment talent.

To be successful you will:

• Be confident and comfortable with sales, business development and building relationships
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be a quick thinker, with a high sense of urgency
• Be commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
• Have full rights to work in Australia with no restrictions
