In this role you will provide HR infrastructure services to various local and international companies with employees across Canada. You will be required to maintain current knowledge on provincial and federal employment legislation, human rights, contract law, and best practices as they relate to the Human Resources field.

We are looking for candidates that have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an HR-focused position. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Canadian Legislation including inter-provincial Employment Standards and Human Rights is required. Completion of a post-secondary education in HR (or equivalent) from a recognized institution is preferred. CPHR designation and bilingual French/English language would be considered an asset.
