JOB DESCRIPTION

Petroc is a highly successful institution, delivering education and skills training in Devon and beyond and has an exciting opportunity for the next step in your HR career as a HR Advisor.
The main function of this role is to work across teams, providing advice and guidance on the full HR lifecycle, in line with college practices and procedures and best practice. You will support resolution of people matters in a timely manner, be confident in using systems and data, monitor and report on key HR performance indicators, identify and report on trends and solutions.
To be successful you will have demonstrable experience in a HR environment, able to manage multiple tasks and projects and either working towards or open to studying for your CIPD qualification.
This role is based in Barnstaple, with the requirement for regular travel to Tiverton campus.
